Shipping Policy.

We ship most of our items via USPS priority mail. All of our jewelry items will also come packed in a gift box with the MM Artworks name on the box. Currently do to size and cost of shipping the cedar deck coolers can not be shipped. These are available for pick-up or delivery in the Kansas City metro area.

Please contact us if you prefer a different shipping method and we will work with you to get the product delivered.

Payment methods.

At this time we only accept credit cards through the secured Paypal checkout. No Paypal account is needed.

Return Policy

100% satisfaction is our goal. MM Artworks offers a 15 day money back guarantee, from date of purchase, on all products we sell. We do require a RMA# to be used when returning products to us. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at returns@mmartworks.com. We will issue you an RMA number, and instructions on returning the product(s). Shipping fees are not refundable on returns and will be paid by the customer. Do to the custom nature of some of our products up to a 20% restocking/salvaging fee may be applicable.
